Stimulus Africa started its Creative Enterprise development programming in 2015 with the goal of supporting entrepreneurs in the creative industries with the skills they require to establish a viable business model that would enable them to secure their livelihood through their creative gifting and talents.
The programme is an enterprise development tool that helps start-up, micro and small businesses in the Creative Industry develop and grow a viable business through teaching them basic business skills, providing coaching and mentorship support and connecting them with other creatives and networks. The workshop is participatory, allowing people to explore and develop their own values, skills, ambitions and confidence while building a strong business model.
The overall programme will be providing business essentials training for creatives in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia and Botswana in 2018.
The programme aims to train and equip young creative entrepreneurs aged 18 - 35.
